As you can see on the photo below, the former railway path parts were lowered and stabilise
the bridge from inside now. The side parts with the arches were forced to adjust
to the curved shape with glue and rubber bands.
Fortunately, the kibri kit provides us with plastic parts for the ‘ceiling’
inside the arches:
After we had glued them into place, the upper part of the viaduct was very
stable...
...and we could cut the part that actually should have been the railway path to the
correct length.
